and here would be good. As above, get ready to be disappointed on the resale.

Seeing as your bike is so new you are gonna take a beating on the resale since it's new to you but to anyone interested in buying it's still just a used bike. Point out that there is over a year warrenty left , that will help some.

Sasha,

Things will get better: Keep the faith. Regarding your sickle, see if your dealer will sell it on consignment. Or ask some local shops. Although mention has been made of resale prices, these bikes sell and sell fast. Look in the local paper or anywhere for that matter and you will not see many if any Americas or Speedys for sale.

Had mine in the cycle trader for 6 weeks. Only had one call. Triumph is still a well kept secret known to only the interested and the interesting. Decided to keep it rather than "give it away" to some jerk playing a numbers game. Best thing I ever did. Running it back and forth to work 40 miles every day. 52mpg is sure better than 10 mpg in my old van. And I am just lovin it. I now have 3 bikes and I'm not getting rid of any of them.

All I meant was what he can get vs what he paid and it isn't even a full season old.
