How do you guys deal with troublesome dealers or find new service shops? I have a friend who took his America to the dealership for a repair that required the motor to be taken apart and put back together (covered by warranty). Long process but it took them over a month! I think that is a bit…no, WAY too long. Anyway, I haven’t had a great experience with their service department either so I’m thinking of looking for a new service shop, the next time I need one, as my bike’s warranty has expired. Anyone know of a decent place in Tallahassee, FL or have some good tips on finding one?
