Triumph or aftermarket? Whose wiring harness? Does the relay click on when you turn the key on? Accessory fuse okay? Did you run a separate ground?

Relay clicks but no light indicates no main power since the relay uses the same ground...main power would be the green/white wire from the fuse box. Could be a bad connection at the relay, could be dodgy at the multipin connector, might be a blown fuse since it is a seperate fuse for the lightbar. First you'll have to check and see if raw power is showing up at the green/white lead at the relay. Got power? No= blown fuse. Then when the relay is engaged you should see power at the blue/white lead. Got power? If yes, that=bad light ground, no=bad relay.

Operates the relay, if the relay's clicking it would SEEM that it is okay...that would be the read and brown leads in the left light housing ...on mine they're connected together eliminating the switch.

Hey, Ian...could you tell I installed a lightbar this past Sunday using a Triumph harness? Had to rewire the relay socket to get the non-Triumph relay connected to the proper leads.

yep. I didn't use a relay or Triumph harness so am not familiar with the circut but I did know there was a switch and have seen Wendy wonder what happened when it was just a bumped switch.

Have to send me a few pix so I can see what ya did. I haven't had a chance to take any of the things I have done lately but will get to it soon.
