I just installed Brent's oil temp gauge and went for a ride, Temp was @90 deg. and Humid and the bike ran about 190/200 Deg. in mixed riding condt. City/Hwy. Does this seem about right?

Rode today, temps around 95 degrees. Temp gauge was about 225, all city.
I'd say you are fine.
