Feeling a bit stupid here. How do I remove the passenger seat on a 2007 America?
I had a quick look in the manual but it didn't seem very clear? I want to remove it do I can get my paniers off to clean the back wheel.
Cheers,
JC

unbolt the rear bolt (should be like an 8mm) then lift slightly and force forward (into the drivers seat) there is a keyhole shaped hole in the pillion seat that has to go over and out of a grove cut into the bolt holding the drivers seat to the fender...lift off fender done!

Just careful when you it back on...I have lots of scratches from the dealer not being careful.

Replace the front bracket on the passenger pillion like Corbin does on their pillion and save yourself a ton of aggrevation (and scratches) in the future pillion removals.

The bracket looks like this. That's why you have to push it forward so the pillion bracket will be able to be lifted of the saddle bracket's bolt head.
