so how does the fat tire on the front effect the handling?
or does it?

I have never had a fat tire on the front, but I would image that it would make for a lot harder and slower turn in.

If there was an advantage to be had from fatter tires up front i think the sport bikes would have them.

It can have a "dang that's cool" effect when in conjunction with fork gaitors and no front fender

If you can call a 130/70-18 big, then the answer is not much. If you have a worn 110/80 on the front now, that steers worse, heavier.

Hey biker what kind of tyre irons did you use to put a 16" on an 18" wheel I want a pair preferable colour co-ordinated to the tank. I suppose I could always get the tank resprayed to match the tyre irons?
Have a good one

Wow that is so cool I love it and I was worried about having to reposition my front fender if I got a slighly bigger front tyre.
No offense ment - girder front end is cool now where do I get those colour coded tyre irons
