Well I finally got around to posting the Metzlers:120-90 front and 180-70 rear on this site. I also finished mounting the Rhinehart mufflers I had laying around.

I'm glad you kept the front fender brackets natural. This bike looks great, lots of nice details...can we see the front fender pinstripe and a closeup of the chin spoiler sometime soon?

Thanks for the compliment guys. The mufflers sound great. They have a deep rumble while idling and get progressivley louder as you apply more throttle. Now you can leave early or get home late and not have to worry about upsetting the neighbors, but at the same time sound just as bad as any HD. The list price is $524 to $569 depending on what type of end caps you choose. I can sell these for $460 plus shipping. OK residents have to pay sales tax. Anyone interested let me know in advance since I also sell to a few HD riders and have to make sure the mufflers are instock.....ANGELIS

WYRM, I would love to go but I JUST STARTED my second vacation and we are short handed as is. My boss wont let me off after I get back unless it's an emergency. That's how it is when you work Law Enforcement.

Frank the mufflers just slip on but you will have to make a rear mount bracket(I made mine out of stainless steel bracing, the same as my fender mounts) and just cut the rear mount off the muffler. I am cutting some aluminum to mount and hide the muffler mounts......ANGELIS

Angelis, The bike looks great. I really like the pipes. That being said, you really have to go to AR. Just tell your boss that you will be infiltrating an international band of human smugglers. We'll even let you drag Levi (Wyrm) back to OK in handcuffs. We'll all testify that he is the ringleader and should be locked away! Now that I think about it even if you don't go could you arrest Levi and throw him in the slammer- preferrably with a really mean cell mate?

Well Angelis, I know it would be a sacrifice, but I could ride it to Arkasas for you and break in the pipes, seat and tires. That's just the kind of selfless, giving person that I am.

How's it handle with bigger front tire.Is there a lot more flex in the fork? How far out is the speedo,or is it about the same? I was thinking of going with a 100/90 Avon on the front.I got an Avon Venom on the back and I do like it.I installed a larger tire on a the front of a Suzuki years ago and ran into the fork flexing a lot more and the seals did not last much longer after the install .Also had to relocate the fender on it.Thanks.

It handles fine and so far now I have not experience any flexing(alot of highway driving). If you get the 100/90 you will read faster than you are actually going. The 110/90 will read closer to true speed. I have to have a buddy check me on his radar to see where the 120's read......ANGELIS

The Rhineharts look great. The only thing I'd do differently is to rotate the mufflers so the raised mounting plates are facing inward (maybe you did that and the angle of the photo is tricking my eyes). They also make a longer version which should place the endcaps at the axle.

I rotated the mufflers but needed to rotate them back to mount them to the hangers. Also that is the long version. The exhaust system on a FLH comes back a litte more and the raised points on the mufflers mount to the hardbags...angelis
