On returning from the Middle East having given the troops a concert Beccy was meat with strong opposition from her fans for supporting the Middle East War and the troops. So she wrote them this song as a Farwell to her fans and it went on to become one of her biggest hits.

I found this song to be one of the more powerful I have seen in a long time. Take the time out to view it and in particular note the expressions on her face while singing. It is so great to see a female singer relying on talent and not just sex appeal.

Well done. Two thumbs up! She could give Toby Keith a few pointers on how to present a message.

Wow, I like her! We need to play her songs here too.

We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

That is correct carls posted it and I keep on going back to it. I am actually thinking of getting one of our Ausie members to get the DVD for me and send it across. She has a few other good numbers as well.

Dang Dave. She is really good. What a powerful voice and I admire her for standing for her convictions and supporting the Aussie troops. But I'm not going to admit on this site that a tear came to my eye. Ooops. I wish her CD's were available here. We need more artists here with that kind of courage.

She's NOT on Half.com or eBay , I couldn't find her anywhere , some of our Aussie friends could get a CD from the other side of the world .

I think she's won a couple of awards at the Tamworth Country & Western Music festival - she's a great singer, also seen her on a couple of morning prog's just with a microphone and she sounds the same as what she does in the studio.
But I have to say my favotite female singer is still Emmy Lou Harris - she does it for me.

OOOOHHH!, Hofo, Emmy Lou is still looking good even with grey hair. And still sounds great. But, Becky is also wonderful.
