Does anyone know if the saddlebag brackets for any of the Japanese metric cruisers can fit (or be made to fit) Speedmaster fender bolt holes?
Need to order something pronto for an upcoming tour.

I know the Honda Magna brackets fit our bikes. Do a search and you should find more that fit, maybe look in tech vault.

Willey and Max Universal Bracket ($53) works but you will have to buy 2 8mm bolts.

Do the Easy Brackets - you will be thinking yourself for it later.

EZ Brackets. Easy on, easy off (for cleaning chain, wheels, bike, or just to look CLEAN).

Does anyone know of a supplier in the UK who supplys the Easy Brackets. They look the best option. I dont really want to put the support frames on as they spoil the lines of the bike. IMHO

All the best Chris Do it today - tommorrow it may be illegal.

Wendy and I both have Easy Brackets and love them. Check Ebay that's where we got ours and saved a few bucks. They were new but cost less. If you have no sissybar plan on making a couple spacers to clean up the look of the posts. If you have a sissybar they sit flush.

I bought a pair from the local Honda shop. Cost about $20. I had to bend them out a bit but they have been there nearly 6 years and going strong.

I bought the Magna brackets. How long are these 8mm bolts.
The bolts that come with the Magna brackets are too long.

I don't remember. I took the one out of the bike to a hardware store and got one an inch longer.

I am going have to do the same thing. Even the 10mm look too small.

I bought mine from the local Honda shop for $35 in 2001. They are still there and going strong!
