Got the Blue Angels practicing above my office, for this weekends performance. Man I love that sound. "The sound of freedom" Must be using Thunderbike pipes.

Are they not the coolest things ever. I guess your not getting any work done.

Last time they did a display in Chattanooga i went to see it. They were and are awsome.

Apparently the folks in San Francisco don't think so.

There are folks in SF trying to ban the Blue Angels from flying in their beautiful city. They are basically contending that there are serious safety issues. Don't want this to become political as I would rightly be stoned but I think there are ulterior motives being pursued by the anti-military groups pushing for this.

One of our fav summer activities is to get the boat out on the big lake for the Chicago Air and water show, float, drink beers and have the planes fly directly overhead. Just awesome.

Rode the bike to the Tri-citys Hydroplane race. An A-10 during the airshow hit a bird. The bird augured into the river. Cut it right in half. The A-10 went back to the barn soon after.

I used to watch the Blue Angels when I was a kid in El Toro, CA, all the time. Just awesome.

When I walked out of the office for lunch today, an A-10 flew overhead. Now that's cool.

Love the Blue Angels. I like the Thunderbirds too, but the Blue Angels are even more awesome.

The last couple years they have been in town for the air show, there have been all kinds of anti-American protesters. Pretty darn sad.
