Yesterday I rode my speedy to the Pennsic War for the afternoon. This is sort of a convention for the Society for Creative Anachronism.(living history-middle ages Europe)
I recieved alot of looks and smiles when I drove around the camp. (and one "I had a triumph" story at a gas station earlier in the day) As I passed a main area I slowed down because of pedestrian traffic. A Knight and his Squire approached and stopped dead to look at the bike. He shook his head and said "that's sweet." I replied that it is 100% Celtic Iron, forged in Britania. He replied in his most knighly voice, "My Lady, that is truely beautiful"
I thought it was pretty cool. Even history heads can appreciate what a beautifull steed Triumph has made.

is that held at Cooper's Lake Campground? I grew up camping there and sailing with my parents at Lake Arthur - and always enjoyed 'Barbarians Week' as we used to call it!
