Ok, ordered Haynes Manuel and some speed bleeders from Brent. Took less than a week from him to me in Canada!

Love this guy.. no cheep Haynes either.. nice hard cover that will stay on my bookshelf for all time!

Wish I could say the same for Echo.. my first bad experience.

Called 'em up and said I need front and back sprockets and chain. Picked them up.. and guess what! Both sprockets are wrong.. so now my scoot is sadly sitting in the air.

Gonna make a quick trip up and get the right ones (bringing the old ones to ENSURE they give me the right ones this time)

/rant off

just my 2 cents..

Brent's excellent!

Thanks

Trev

Always fast delivery to me as well. How does he get customs to clear the items so fast?

No complaints here. He is always quick to reply to e-mail also.

A++ service. He won't let my scoot stay on the jack for too long

And last time I got a freebie to keep my cold while I wrench in the garage.

Wow. More than a week? But less than two?

I'm not defending Brent (or flaming you). I'm just amazed if I get anything from anybody (other than Netflix flicks) in less than a week. Maybe I'm just out in the boonies.

No complaints here from the UK, always a top service from Brent and usually fast delivery.

A second to none service and Brent and Jessica should be proud of it.

I haven't gotten a mint in, at least, my last 5 orders. That is what happens when you go big time and have multiple children. Sleeping yet Brent????????

I'm finding the Haynes to be more useful then the factory service manual.

We've placed three orders from Brent with great service.

Seems that most of our vendors (ones that specialize in parts for our bikes) are all pretty darn good when it comes to service. Unless you live in East Helena, Montana which just might be the boondocks of the boondocks

Yeah I think he is the best. Helped me find some parts he didn't sell at least once. I always have gotten the quick deliveries also.

I beleive I am corect in saying Brent ships most of his stuff US Postal. Only the big items or multiple order items are shipped UPS. That said...
USPS is slow. Typical five days or so for me. I know this and its expected. I also dont count weekend days if I order on a Friday.
UPS can be tricky as well. UPS ground is five days within the US not including weekends.
NOW also consider that some of our vendors get items direct or via "middle men". This will tack on extra days to some orders dependant upon vendor, availability, etc...(like my order from Bike Bandit that took two weeks before it even shipped via USPS).
Dont forget packing time for smaller busineses.
Lastly there is location. Your location, even though you request next day delivery may not be eleigible for next day so even if you pay for next day its not happening. I know this, I have shipped to some parts of the country and have felt ramifications first hand.

So in short...there are a lot of things that effect delivery. Realize that its not always the vendor AND that your want of something is going to effect time. Itll make it seem like a lot longer before you get it I know this too first hand.
