It's a 1968 Harley 3 Wheel golf car. I've had it about 15 years and I had to rework head 2 years ago($140). It has served me well on our golf course at work. Like other Harleys it has loads of torque for a 5 horsepower engine. I know it's just a golf car, BUT IT'S A HARLEY, dad-gummit!!! (actually, it is a Columbia, made for HD.)

Stewart, I never knew. Of course there are probably 8 snowmobiles in Alabama.

Got to love the 70s when every company in the world made a snowmobile, all of which seem to be from the same designer.

My former brother-in-law's parents had some '70s AMF era Harley rotting away in their barn. I remember hearing that their was a Harley in the barn, but when I saw it it wasn't anything like a "Harley" in the traditional sense. From what I recall, it kind of looked like an old Bonneville. Maybe kind of like this (only baby blue from what I remember, and it definitely had the AMF logo on it as well): It's been at least 15 years, if not more, since I last saw it. Wonder if it's still there?

Matt, Go see! You could probably get it cheap, and those things are a blast to ride. Just don't let any of US see you on it. I had an old '58 HD 175 that everyone called a hummer. I loved riding it, but never figured out why the back tire would bounce out from under me in a rough curve (it was a hard tail with a sprung tractor seat)
oldroadie I love that picture - is that thing up in the mountains where you are?

Nah, I stole it from the ether to reinforce the bubba stereotype. It's really way up north where is actually snows

The percentage you're paying is too high-priced
While you're living beyond all your means
And the man in the suit has just bought a new car
From the profit he's made on your dreams

The bumpers are chrome, but the surry top frame was made by me using galvanized conduit. The suntop available for Columbia/HD cars don't provide enough shade, so I made the full length frame and covered it with vinyl.
