 When are the new models officially released?

Hey Ho everyone. Just curious about Triumphs time table for new model releases. HD make a song and dance around their annual August release of the next year bikes, are Triumph that predictable?

I ordered a new America a month ago here in Queensland and I'll be getting it Next week and the Salesman tells me that it will be an 08 model.
Dunno if he's right but will wait & see, I'll tell you in a week or so.

It's normally Septemberish.
Hoffo - I really can't see yours being an 08 already. You'll know if it is, cos it'll have a different shaped tank to the rest of us, to allow for the fuel pump.

I was on the factory tour a few weeks back and all the factory guide would say was 'Should be launched by mid September/early October.

Thats what I was thinking, how could they build it get it over to Aust. by july - I think the salesman was having me on. Gina have the 08 models got a different shaped tank, if thats the case i'll settle for an 07 model, love the shape of the tank - any pics of the 08 models available

Not sure about the rest of the world, but here in the U.S. we usually don't physically see the new models on the dealers floor until late December or January even though the offical announcements are in September.

No, no pics. The joys of living here is going on a factory tour. I went with my dad, and they had an 08 Speedie waiting to be packed up and shipped somewhere. They didn't want to tell me too much about it, but I kept pushing... In essence will be the same, just with EFI. Cos this'll need a pump they redisgned the tank, so that is'll still have the same capacity.
Oh and it had stunning badges on. If they fit, that's what mine will have in 6 months...
