Does anyone know how to remove all four fork shrouds, is there an easy way to do it? I tried loosening up the forks from the yokes to slide them downand crank up my bike lift...but then realized...brake cables were'nt long enough...duh. Anyone do it before?

Remove the caliper from the front fork (2 bolts) This is for an America. Speedmasters require more disassembly.
Remove the fender.
Unhook the speedo cable at the front wheel.
You can either remove both forks w/ the wheel attached now or slide out the front axle and wheel.
Then you can take out the fork legs one at a time.

Upper shrouds are a snap. I did mine in a few minutes.
** If you have a socket big enough you can skip step one and remove the upper yoke and bars as one piece. I did not so here is what I did.
1) Remove handle bars with risers intact (this way there is no need for extra work and re-aligning the bars! (two 14mm nuts)
**I wrapped the headlight and front end with a towel and rested the bars gently on the towel and I think I zip tied them just so they didn’t accidentally move around on me.
2) Remove big chrome nut on yoke.
3) Loosen two allen head (6mm) screws in yoke.
4) Pull up...shimmy if you have to.
5) Slide shrouds off.
Reinstall by opposite steps. Yoke will only go down to the same position it was in. If you are not reinstalling different shrouds you may want to take a measurement just to be safe.

And, man, I'd do it but that is a two day ride- each way. I'd have to fly back and that would cost more than buying the thing outright.
