I just wanted to say a public "Thank You" to our very own Tmax. I needed a carb balance and wanted to fiddle with a few things so he said "Come on over!". I rode the 100 or so miles out to his place, he balanced my carbs and helped me re-set the idle screws. Then, we put Thruxton needles in and adjusted the chain. Yeah, I could've done the needles at home, but Tmax has these lonely country roads where he is that are GREAT for test runs. He helped me with all that AND THEN wouldn't let me pay for lunch! Geez! Anyway, it's just a testament to all the good hearted folks on this board who are always willing to help out. So thanks again Tmax, you are a Prince among Frogs!

Isn't it great when a member steps up like that. I can't tell you how many times I have received help off this board from some mighty fine people. For a while, I had Pat and Chy on speed dial , not to mention uncle Phil and Ryan. I owe alot to this site and of course, to Robert. I have never meet a B.A. com member I haven't instantly bonded with.... even Yota...I am very proud to say that!!.... I love you guys... In a manly, heterosexual kind of way.... ride safe...Gordon

Yep, it's true. By the way, with a nice balance on and those Thrux needles (904cc big bore woohoo!) she REALLY spits and gets now! I think Tmax may have already ordered the Wiseco kit after getting on mine!

Now to end the touchy feely stuff I GOT's to tell ya'll that big bore/freak/thrux needle monster will fly! I haven't felt that kinda power since riding my KZ 1000 years ago! No I have not ordered yet but still using subliminal messages to the wife! and hope to do th BB someday soon! what a blast that will be! oh yea Levi those lonely country roads U speak of out here, Mr Glyn just got a ticket for 4 over by DPS on the same road! I wonder what a citation would have cost us the other day? scary to think about that one because I was over a ton on yours a couple of times! Be carefull on that monster! T

Hey Glyn...D'oh! Yep, I had it over 100 too when I was wringing it's neck to check on our progress with the changes. BIG ticket time! Whew, got lucky on that one. Probably would have gotten a ticket for Unnecessary Acceleration too...
