not sure how he does that but the process of getting the colors from the palette and finishing up looks extremely time consuming. I don't have the patience My hat's off to the artist.

I have to give the guy credit for being able to do it in MS Paint, but he could probably do it in 1/3 the time (in the comments it said it took 9 hrs) in a real illustration program like Illustrator or Photoshop.
