Ok, I purchased the Unviersal Vista Motorcycle Cruise Control. I am having a little trouble installing the Arm extending piece. Its not long enough to go around the switch housing, when placing the bar clamps around the bars. I was reseaching the Vista a while back on the Forum and there was a couple of good mods. Anyone have ideas or suggestions.

I installed it upside down. The thumb depression goes to the outside. cut the arm down short and put it between the throttle cables to keep if from moving.

I just set it with my index finger instead of my thumb.

I try to aggravate one person a day. Today may be your day.

+1 what he said. I think it's a cleaner look when it's unlock/down which is where it is most of the time. And then you flip it up/lock with your thumb and off with your index finger. Cutting the reaction arm down to fit between the cables was simple. Altogether a clean install.

Photos at my Fotki page. Scroll down to the Tourtank, Scottoiler, Vista folder. Pics of the Vista on page 3.
