Hi all
Well As you probably know from my posts recently I have made some changes. I have just had it dynoed and the results suprised me. Could you please comment/advise on my results.

Ok the bike is now at
2 baffles removed and third baffle drilled.
Air box has three 10mm holes drilled .
Uni filter added to replace stock paper filter.
Upped main jets to 130 (thankyou Brent).
Top rubber snorkel removed.
AI removed.
2 and 1/2 turns on mixture screws.

Bike runs and sounds fantastic. No popping, no flat spots that I can feel.

Hope this info may help others who are in the process of modding the bike.

Regards

Derek

P.S I have also added photos of left and right side of bike with tank removed to help when people are trying to explain thing hidden below the fuel tank.

really nice HP curve , jetting could use a small tweek but not much and you are not far enough off to make it worrysome.

Gee Dog33 I was concerned I was well below the 12 for A/F.
May be running too rich but it runs well.
Also should note that the tech guy said I should be up around 17 when idleing.

Aw cmon Cowboy, I was nervous enough as it was drilling those 3 holes in the air box. If I allowed a bit more air in would it alter the HP curve much ?.
Its drill more holes in airbox or rejet a bit lower than 130 or stop tinkering and leave it well enough alone.
Peak HP was 56

You got a few options, Derek. Take out the internal baffles, open the exhaust more, FREAK, re-jet to 125, or just ride it...

Yep, you could drop the mains one size and that'll cure the 5K rich spot, although it really looks pretty good. I'd ride it for a while before I adjusted anything and see if that tiny bit of a rich spot bothered me.
