Alas rode to Mt Greylock yesterday was quite depressed to find the road from the visitors center to summit will be closed till 2009, “if everything goes as scheduled” Park Staff stated, 23 million dollar renovation of storm drains, culverts and improving the road. I hope MA does it better that CT I-84 in Waterbury. Well I guess I will need to find another mountain to visit any suggestions.

Are both roads closed? There is one off Rt7 from the south, and one from the North Adams area. they meet up near summit. I think they have a web site. I may check it out.

Just checked the Greylock site. All roads in the Park are closed for the 2007/2008 seasons.

Mt Equinox, starts in Sunderland VT (30 miles north of the MA line on old Rt 7). toll road, but nice view! 6 states...
