The excitement and the disappointment Hey Gang, I was really looking forward to meeting my never met before friend eddy "fasteddy" but just got off the phone with him and he has to back out He was really disappointed and was looking forward to riding down and meeting everyone. Being the stand up guy everyone has come to know, Eddy has asked me to hold a drawing for some fasteddy swag and I'm bringing a door prize as well,and Dan's bringing T's There's a tank of gas still in the running so set your odo's in your driveway! Murhpy's law has reared it's head again. There is an increase chance of rain for the days ahead (according to Little Rock tv station). Wear your rain suit and keep it slow and steady.

Yeah 70% here friday and 60% Saturday and around 40 % on Sunday....Dont look good..

What a diffence 7 hours makes. The same tv station has lowered the rain chances. Folks, the closest tv station to the rally that I know about is out of Little Rock. You can check Ark weather by going to www.katv.com/weather. That is if you're trying to make a judgement call.

We planned a trip a few years back to ride to Little Rock when they had the Triumph truck ther, but it rained the day before and didnt let up till about 4 days later,oh well to ****** with it we are going anyways!

Home from the mountains and ready to hit the road again. Went ahead and made reservations for next year before I left cause that cabin was the bomb! Hope everyone else had less rain on their way home than I did. I had a dang good time. Nothing like a 100 mile beer run with a state police roadblock slowing you down. Met some great new friends and was a little disappointed in some old ones who missed some great times and stories sitting around what we thought was base camp. Only 9 days till I'm packed and on the road to New York.

What a time we had! Glad to meet everyone even though it rained most of the time, it was well worth the ride.
Cant wait till we can do this again,at least lets stay somewhere where they sell beer!

Well me and tmax made it back home. It rained the entire way back! Gah! Skies cleared about 13 miles from home! So anyways i'm working on a slideshow/video right now. I'll post the link later. Hope everyone else makes it home safe.

Another rally gone bye-bye. Nice to see the new faces, nice to see the old. I hope we can do it again next year. I'm going to get my hepatitis & tetnus shots 1st thing in the morning!

120 mile (less than the rest of ya) in the rain..tent etc in garage set up to dry...great fun, hope to next year, wish I could have been ther the whole time and for the run but what little I was there was,,,,well has given me another unique perspective on the human species.
