Hi fellow, riders I just did dyno test after I have done some mods on '07 SM
1. remove AI
2. two buffles drilled out, and couple holes in 3rd one
3. top snorkee removed
4. uni filter bottom drilled out together with bottom of air box
5. main jetts were 130, 3 turns, no shims

Now my question is...dyno tech told me that bike is running to lean, and that I need jump up for two sizes....
any suggestion before I do anything before my next dyno run...this coming saturday...amezingly I have run dyno test at harley shop and guys were more than nice... also it seems I lost some power and torqe, please help,I know guys you are experts and I am looking forward for your help.

you can check dyno pics on pics post...

Looking at the dyno chart I'd be hard pressed to recommend more than one size up in the mains; that, and 1/4 turn less to even the low end a skosh. Those who know better than I will chime in soon.

Got any shims? A couple of those under the needles will richen things up.

I put 134, no shims, still 3 turns, after riding for two days I checked my spark plugs, they have nice color, it is not gray, it is more light brown with one small (1mm) black spot...should I run dyno again or should I change something before I go to do dyno test..maybe I will take pics of my spark plugs...it seems that with new setting I am making around 48-50 mpg

Just use the HD shop dyno for fuel ratio, their HP/Torque ratings are usually high.
Did you really lose power or did you compare the rear wheel HP dyno results to factory crankshaft HP? Your rear wheel HP should be in the 56-58 range, describing your setup.

yes, I compare with the factory stats, and according to dyno test I have only51.37 HP and 49.56 torque,
I will see if they can give me discount on another run, each run is $40, and honestly I dont have extra money for giveaway....
most likely I will go tomorrow and see what guys are saying...
thank you

The printed stats in the brochures are break horse power- not rear wheel horse power.

Your dyno shows you lean until 5500 rpm then lean on top again.

My suggestion would be to move up one step in the mains (the 134's should be okay, move up to a 45 pilot, and put one shim under the needles (or put in TBS needles). Re-adjust your air mix screws. Balance the carbs.
