Could't find this in posts, Kury's tech site is kapoot.Put on new Kury grips , on the throttle I now have approx.1/4 to 3/8 end play ( side to side ).Slightly more than factory grip ,I know it should have a little wobble for the cable cam in the housing , but is this normal for the ISO's ? Is the left side plastic custom spacer applicable for throttle side ? Thanky !!

I had the same problem and what I did was remove the cap on the outside of the grip (held on by a couple of tiny screws) and put in my own spacer. I think I just chopped up some semi-rigid little piece of plastic into a strip and put it in there around the perimeter. Put the cap back on and you're good to go.

I'm no longer using stock bars, but when I did I used the stock end cap screw to act as a spacer. I adjusted it until there was just the tiniest bit of play, and then used some loc-tite to keep it in place.
Learning from my mistakes... again and again.

You could also slide the whole control itself a tiny bit further up the bar.

I was able to get a high-tech (NOT RUBBER- that would bind!) D-Ring which fills the gap nicely and reduces the play.
If you need one, let me know. I'll check my sources and mail it to you if I can get more.

That's what I ended up doing. There is still a bit of play, but not enough to be bothersome. If you move the controls up too much, it starts binding the throttle.

But if I slide at the bar , does that not indicate a LOSS of control ?

I had enough spacer material from the left grip to use on the right grip side.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious , I suppose we just think too much , I slid it up a tad , that fixed it ! Thanks a bunch for all the suggestions .
