SKAGIT COUNTY -- Two motorcyclists were hurt and a third is under arrest for investigation of drinking and driving after three motorcycles crashed Tuesday evening near Conway.
Trooper Kirk Rudeen with the Washington State Patrol says the three were traveling on the Conway Frontage Road north of Fir Island Road around 7 o'clock when, for some reason, one rider left the road and crashed into a barbed wire fence. The second rider did the same thing and then, a short distance down the road, the third rider crashed into the fence.
Two of the motorcyclists were injured and taken to a local hospital. Their exact conditions are not known but the injuries are not life-threatening. The third was arrested at the scene for investigation of driving under the influence of alcohol.
Police are still trying to figure out what caused all three to crash into the fence.

Nothin' at all, Mark! You just have to use(as I suggested above) the right implement or tool(or motorcycle in this case) if you REALLY want to do the "job" RIGHT...that's all!!! (you see, it's just a matter of EXPERIENCE in this regard, you darn Yute!!!)

Well, in that case, may I suggest you investigate THIS implement here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsaAgOp0pZI...as this may just be the "proper tool" for you to use in the activities in which you have described an interest.

We have had so many motorcycle wrecks in this state, that they are no longer having catch and release for people without endorsments. It will be in mid-July catch and impound bike..

What do you mean by "endorsements", Larry? A valid motorcycle Driver's License, per chance??? (if that's the case, I guess it's a good thing for my "Governator" here in California that he never got stopped by a cop up there in Washington State while riding around on that gawdawful chromed-tank monstrosity he calls a motorcycle that I've seen him pull up on at the Rock Store a few times down here, BACK BEFORE he finally got around to getting his class-M1[as in motorcycle] license, then huh?!)

That's so very wierd. Were they so drunk they thought that was their exit and they just followed the lead driver (who, of course, was the first mistaken fool)?

I don't remember the exact details, but in the early 70's I was associated w/ a similar situation. If correct, the group split into two smaller groups - one leaving before the other. It was in the Laurel mountains in southern PA and fog can be a surprise guest. The other group's leader left the road in a foggy turn. About four to six bikes followed the glow of his tail light. Luckily no one was hurt - I suspect because the fog was so bad it limited their speed, but there was some damage So, it does happen...

I should say , unfettered testosterone in a less than wise body can be a somewhat volatile mixture . It's a good hormone ,it makes us invent motorcycles and hunt , the XX chromosomes would be too cautious .

I love that line
"Police are still trying to figure out what caused all three to crash into the fence. "
If I had to hazard a guess.. it would be stupidity
