Can anyone tell me if the front and rear turn signals on a 06 TBA are single or dual filament.

With the proper dual filament base, you can turn your rear signals into run, brake, turn. Here's the schematic for when i did mine:

Phil, great schematic; where'd you get red lenses for the rear signals?

Did a JC Whitney swap out. The housings are a few mils larger...
I did this over two years ago and just looking on JC Whitney's site, I cannot find these part numbers anymore:
Turn signal housing - ZX064236P - $10.99 each Red lens - ZX064238W - $1.99 each
Did do a write-up and I should send it to Matt (Sandmann) so he can put it up there.

Aaahh , yess , red lens covers , so elusive , Phil , gotta know more . It's just a matter of time before I'm busted for my bright yellow rear running lites . A lens cover swap would be great , hate to change the whole thing . I wish Triumph would put some red resin pellets in the injector mold and problem would be solved . I bet there are others out there , please come out .

I searched high and low for replacement lenses. There are none in our size and that's why I changed. Looking again at JC, they do have the lens part available: However, it is too large for the stockers. What's interesting is this pic: clearly shows the housings (like I bought) but do not have them listed anywhere!!!

Looked at JP Cycles and they have something that might work (still replacing with dual filament housing): Check this out (part # 3200416): http://www.jpcycles.com/catalog/2007HarleyCatalog/0348.htmlThey look exactly like mine.

The JP part number is exactly what I used. I don't remember why but I removed the guts from stock blinkies. With a pocket knife, silicone and some imagination put the stock guts in the JP housing. Installed a Signal Minder, and presto running lights front and rear. Mike
