I picked up my bike from the dealer yesterday after work. They replaced the warped front brake rotor. (the run out was something like .20) The ride home was amazing. It was warped when I bought it and I guess I had just gotten used to the bouncing whenever I applied the front break. What a difference!! I can't wait to put a few hundred more miles on her this weekend. Maybe up to the mountians, depending on the weather.
I go to parties, sometimes untill 4. It's hard to leave when you can't find the door.

Cool. Both front rotors on my bike had warped. The dealer replaced them under warranty. Yes, it made a huge difference. My Speedy is the first bike with disk brakes, so I was not sure that they were warped. One of the mechanics told me that they were.

Kimmy's front brake disc was warped when I picked it up in Chicago, but by the time I got it to Atlanta, it was not warped....guess it worked itself out....
