I just bought some large hard saddle bags and want to install some LED lights to augment the stock turn signals and brake lights. There will be separate LEDs for the turns and brakes. Will I need load equalizers to make them work? I know load equalizers are needed when replacing the OEM lights with LEDs due to the reduction of load/resistance, but will the added load (extremely minimal with LEDs) cause problems with the OEM lighting system? I'm intending to splice the LEDs in line with the stock brake and Turn signal wiring. Any information would be appreciated.
