Can someone offer me instructions for unhooking and rehooking the clutch cable? I have the dress up kit and don't want to screw things up!
I also have the turn signal selfcanceling piece - does that go under the tank? Is it obvious which one to replace?
Thansk!

simplest way to do this is undo lever bolt and take lever off then unhook cable .... that is the way I made it

If you'll completely loosen both adjusters you should be able to unhook the cable from the lever end. I managed to do this by using a large adjustable wrench to assist by delicately engaging the clutch push rod ( I don't have a manual and I didn't want any surprises from the kill switch hidden the the clutch lever housing)

If your signal canceller is a Kisan ( the best ),it will fit right where the original flasher unit was, under the tank .Don't use the scotch-loks,they will cause you to have a flicker, - strip, solder and wrap the old-fashioned way.Hook up the running lite option, too, and the brake time-out.It is too cool, but you WILL have amber rear lites, good luck finding red ones.

To determine the flasher you want to replace is easy. Turn on the turn signals and the unit thats clicking is the flasher.

Seems to be working like a charm as a plug and play. No flicker yet.

Re : flicker - I don 't like the convenient Scotchlok type connectors , they can cut into your wire and diminish the flow . If you solder and wrap , you will have NO problems , the connectors gave me a shortage that was hard to find .
