Does anyone have any experience with them, its also a Kawasaki dealer, I was in there the other day and they only had about 10 Triumphs and a ton of Kawasakis, but I think it is the closet dealer to me. Any other suggestions???

Wow, 10 Triumphs is a lot for a dealer to have on the floor! My closest dealer usually has 4-5.

Not sure of what other dealers are near by. Unfortunatley Triumph dealer locator on ther web site stinks. A good way to tell if they are a decent dealer is to talk to them and see how knowledgable they are about Triumphs and their views on service, but dont forget to take your BS detector.

I am very fortunate with my dealer. They are Triumph first, Moto Guzzi second.

Now that is a lineup of very unique bikes!

I am lucky in that I have a Triumph-only dealer nearby. The ironic thing is that they probably only have 10 bikes on display in their showroom because it is so small. I would think that a dealer that has 10 bikes on display is pretty committed to Triumph. That is a pretty significant investment to have that many bikes assembled and ready to go. Not sure what the dealer floor plan is for Triumph, but I imagine that it is still pretty expensive to have that many bikes on hand.

They seemed pretty nice, I didn't have much time to spend in there though. They had about 6 Bonnies, 2 Americas, 1 Sprint, and 1 Rocket III, Like 50 Kawasakis, and some Kymco scooters, so it was a pretty big dealer. It just seems to me that this part of the country is not very Triumph friendly.

being in MS have you tried the dealership in Jackson? i go to the one in Hattiesburg MS called Deep South. They are very Triumph friendly and knowledgable and know what the h they are talking about. they sell BigDog Choppers secondly. sometimes you just need to sacrifice a few more hours on the road for quality service and assurance.

Many dealers don't put all their bike stock on the floor. I know mine here in Kansas City doesn't, so ask. They usually have different color bikes still in crates.

My dealer usually has 15 Triumphs on the floor, about half Bonnie varients. They have an equal number of BMWs on the floor.

I have a great dealer. The best way to check out a dealer is to observe their parts and service techs, how they treat each other and the clientel, are they actually having fun with each other and customers. A great dealer is a place you actually enjiy visiting.

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm going to go down and check out the Jackson and Hattisburg dealers before I buy, probably Hattisburg first since you are friendly with them. I really appreciate your guys' opinions.

TITE27,
I know my dealer has NO less than 18-20 on the floor in all the available models. They are in Pensacola and deal only in Triumphs, Dukes, and Royals. They also have a nice selection of used items. I know it's a bit of a distnace but I also know they have a used 07 Blue/White America for $7500 with a lot of add-ons. Give them a call. 850-456-0354. Tell them Mark Penrod mentioned them. Nope, no profit to me either just a ****** good dealer! There kid placed 23 at the last Daytona 200 and yes on a Triumph!

R,
Trumpy

I was there about a year ago and they had a Bonnie Black and a Tiger, but the rest of the floor was full of Kawasakis.

I live in Hattiesburg and about 1.5 miles from Deep South. I know all the guys Jerry, Neal and the wrenchers. Great folks and really know our bikes. Give me a yell if you are headed this way, and need anything...heck I will meet ya at the dealership.

Whatever happened to Triumph of Chattanooga? I used to recommend them as a place to get an online price prior to haggling with your dealer. Now I can’t find them.

Thanks, again guys, Hey Trumpy that blue and white 07 sounds perfect, that's the color I'm wanting. But, It will be like 2 months before I buy, because I start shooting a movie on Thursday- a 6 week shoot, 6 days a week, 10 hours a day, plus I gotta put in my hours at the Movie Theatre that I manage, so I am going to be crazy busy the next few weeks. As soon as all that is done though, I am going to check out these dealers in the area. I'll definately give all you guys a holler when I am in your town. I really appreciate the help fellas...
