I installed my new Triumph Off-Road pipes on my '06 TBA and pulled off the snorkle. The bike runs just fine with the stock jets and is noticably stronger above 60 mph. It's a good deal louder when starting from a stop but, above 45 mph, I can't hear them above the usual wind noise.
AI removed, snorkel gone, added saddle bags and Triumph Off Road pipes!

You probably need to go up to 125 jets. I have the same setup as you.

Have you noticed any real improvements in throttle response and performance by increasing the jet size? The dealer mechanic said that it wouldn't be cost-effective to take off the carbs and increase the jet size if all that's done is install the TOR pipes and remove the snorkle. He said that I'd notice the loss of fuel economy more than any performance increase.
Any second opinions???

Mine with the same pipes was not re-jetted, and it couldn't run smoother through the whole power band. I think more than a couple have turned themselves into more tweakers than riders, and are still trying to figure out why there bike does not run smoothly.
I once created a monster with a Harley that I owned through constant tweaking, and my torque wrench got a deserved rest the day I rid myself of that over-tweaked beast.
Gee, I just realized that I haven't changed my jetting so perhaps this will be considered
