I've finally got it, just chopped in my Tiger for an 06 Speedy, loved the Tiger but ran out of things to do to it. The bike been in tha garage for three days, already had the indicators off, I hate those fronts on the handlebars. I'm thinking of fabricating a bar that mounts under the horn what do you think has anyone done that? I really want to bob the rear guard but I may wait a while for that. Just waiting for an America seat so that the wife can go on the back. I'll just ride it with a single seat. Thinking of putting the rear turn signals on the mudguard frames is there any problems with doing that and what are the best units to use? Really impressed with the posts on this site you seem really helpfull chaps. Cheers Chris

Most folks seem to use the Kuryakyn Silver bullet turn signals. Ma's Triumph in Wisconsin makes a kit to relocate the signals to the lower triple clamp and includes a set of the Kury Silver bullets.
Welcome btw!

Thanks, any advice on moving the rears to the mudguard hangers. I presume I'll need a longer thread than most seem to have, do I need some sort of extension and where from. Cheers Chris

Had the Speedy a couple of weeks now, haven't stop playing with it. The front indicators have gone, I've not fitted them anywhere else yet that will come later. I'm running without a speedo at the moment, now that does clean the front end up it looks a different bike. The Tiger was an ace bike but almost invisible when parked up, yes I've now had the groups of old men discussing their old Triumphs and constant admiring glances from all sorts of people. I'm hooked, Cheers Chris

I bobbed the rear fender about 11 inches and it looks SOOO much better. I have got a nice corbin dual seat for ya...If you like red flames.
Best looking black girl around!
2004 SM-spokes, solo seat, lowered rear, 14 in apes, bobber rear fender, no front fender. Flat black all the way around.

Hello there, will you be wanting to let go of the Speedo since you've removed it? I'm wanting to try something with my 01 Bonnie and the big white speedo. I just realized you're in the mother country and I'll bet the speedo reads in kilos yes? I'm over here in the far west colonies called New Mexico. Let me know and good luck with your changes. Mark

G'day, I just got myself a brand new all black '07 Speedmaster a week ago. I'm thinking of cutting the rear fender; it would be better if it didn't extend so far behind the rear wheel, and I'd prefer the rego plate under the tail light (which means I gotta change it, or turn it over) I'd like it Oldgimmer, if I could see a picture of your rear fender.
