I don't have one on my '07 TBA - I think it's a NOS canister!

That would be some fun to throw the NOS switch if you found yourself sitting next to some Harley stroker at a signal light!

Its the Ca emissions garbage canister. Just take all that crapola off.
Heck you will gain one horsepower just by removing the extra unneccesary weight.
Seriously I would take all that stuff off. Maybe keep it thoough in case you ever need it if you live in the communist state of Califas

I'm not sure Kevin, but I think it's on all of them now. Not just CA.

Get yourself the "AI Removal Kit" from newspeedmaster.com. That'll take care of it for ya, and your pipes won't turn gold/blue nearly as fast.
Not you fat Jesus!

I know some people have done it. I still have it on my '04. (bought it in CA). I'm going to remove mine next time I have it down for something else. I believe it's pretty straightforward, just take it off, and plug what should be. One thing I remember someone posting is to leave the vent tube between the two float bowls open where the hose comes off of the tee. Probably put some kind of gauze filter on it. Start a post with "CA emissions removal" as the subject. You'll get the info you need

This ain't the AI Wyrm. But if it's still there, get rid of it.

Funny...I bought two 07 Americas back in March. A few weeks ago I was noticing my girls bike had that canister and mine didnt. Ca emissions crapola on a bike sold in Wa! I have the full intention to remove it some day soon.

All the new bikes come with the CA crap. some of the 07s may not have it if they are early production.
