I've had my 07 America for just under a month and I've got just under 1000 miles on it. I started noticing at around 500 miles that the chrome was beginning to bubble on the clutch cover. Luckily, for me at least, the dealer is willing to order me the Speedmaster all black clutch cover as a replacement. Has anyone else had this problem? Andrew

Had the same issue, replaced under warranty years ago. The replacement has held up well.

When I talked to the guy at Euro Cycles of Pittsburgh, he said it was likely contaminants under the chrome. The heat causing the chrome to pull away and bubble. It is very noticable and hopefully, if it's happening, you're still under warranty.

They are making good on it. The replacement part is already in, just waiting for my slip ons to get here as well. Doing it all at once.
I just posted it in case someone else has it happening and hadn't noticed it.
