Hey everyone I am wanting to get some wide white wall tires for my bike and I see that Maxxis makes just what I am looking for. Now I know maxxis from them making cheap mud tires for trucks but I have no motorcycle experience with them. They seem pretty cheap so I was wondering if some poeple who have them could chime in and tell me how they are.. thanks

There are other alternatives if you want whitewalls. I run the Dunlops and have perect grip and handling. Anyway you go, there is one thing to think about. The front both on Maxxis and Dunlop is 120/90-18 so you have to do something to the front fender to prevent rubbing.

I Have Maxxis tires on my TBA and I love them. I had to raise the front fender mount so the would fit. They are very sticky and seem to wear quickly. I only have 1000 miles on them. Las Vegas road are very slick and these tires stick. The TBA seems to track better also. Before I had the venoms and super venoms. They lasted a long time but were alot slicker. I will post some pictures of my Maxxis white walls. I give them two thumbs up!

I had them on an ATV and they were great. I also read very good reviews on the truck tires in 4wheeler. What has that got to go with our bikes? Nothin...
