Can anyone tell me what oil filters are crossovers for my 04 tba?

K&N KN-191 is one, also, I believe you can find an EMGO filter at bellacorse.com that will work, and I think maybe Brent at Newspeedmaster.com also has one (maybe Amsoil, maybe KN-191, not sure)

I am just registered today bud, and i made a reply about bobby j's too...it is bobby j's, right? I haven't been to albuquerque in years..I think i was like twelve when they opened for business...anyway i didn't fill out a bio cause i thought this was a tba forum rather than a dating service. Anyway I'm a geezer that sold his sports bike due to the pain factor on long rides. i'm not queer for leather or chrome. I didn't buy a harley cause i cant afford it, and dont wanna be part of any brotherhood and i didn't buy a jap v twin cause everyone does. if i had another $500 ida bought the 05 tt bonneville cause the sit up and beg position and long seat makes for lotsa movin your butt around on long rides...Oh yeah i live in idaho...now about the oil filter.........

Cant answer your question about the filter cuz I use the triumph oem. Bobby Js is still here and we have an exclusive Triumph dealer called PJs up on central ave. Nothing but Triumphs !! At least 30 units on the floor at all times. Great place to spend an hour or two. How long has it been since you were in Albuquerque ?

Its been at least 15, maybe 20 years bud, about 900 miles on my 83? xj 650 yamaha visited a guy i went to school with in los alamos. You are truly blessed, i bought my bike sight unseen 200 miles down the road, (why i ask about after market filters), i love the looks altho the engine looks a little too industrial compared to the old bonnies, at least its not a V twin. i have a memmphis shades memphis slims 17" windshield that should get here today and some j rocket bags that kinda match the silver insert on the tank of my goodwood green tank.. I need a throttle lock and i will be set. ya know, the last time i was on central there were hookers just up from the theatres me and my bro used to go to as kiddies,,,the state and the.....started with a K and had lotsa indian shields all around the top walls...kiwa?

Thanks for the information Soren. I haven't been told what my plans are for july yet...(If i get lucky i'll be fishing in montana)...i've never been to that part of Id yet, might be interesting.

Fram has a filter for the bike,I recentley changed mine.Cant remember the number tho.If you go to Advance Auto parts,Discount auto parts,or CSK,they will have it in stock most of the time.

I use the PureONE PL14612 all the time. I cut the Triumph one open and compared it to the pureone and they seem almost identical. A great filter for about $5 and readily available at most autozones or parts plus stores. I think wally world sells them too.

Talking about oilfilters,I've changed the oil three times on my bike,when I was in England the last time 2 years ago I bought 2 oilfilters from Jack Lilley in Ashton,they came with the washer you need to change on the drain plug.I bought an oilfilter last week from the Triumph dealer in Sundsvall and didn't bother looking in the box,drained the oil from the bike Tuesday evening and found that in Sweden the oilfilter comes without the washer,cheap bastards,so the bike had to wait till Wednesday before I could put the new oil in.

Stewe, When you change the oil in your car or truck do you replace the plug washer? No you don't. You just clean it off with a rag the same as the plug. If someone included it with an oil change kit, sure, I would use it. If it isn't extremely damaged it won't matter. Count this one vote for the swedes.
