Nice job Jar66. Just looking at the right hand side where you have taken off the pillion pegs i think it needs something; i'd perhaps go with the black tribal solo finishers, having said that the bike looks great...

Looks great, subtle. I'm over the wild stuff, it all looks the same. I like a bike where every time I look at it I see something I had'nt noticed...and you could ride it a reasonable distance. It makes me want to put wire wheels on my speedy

Tastefully done and very fast looking. Very nice job on the tank and exhaust. Have you got a close up of that customized sprocket cover?

I like it alot. The stretched tank is badasz. Some SM bars would look really cool on there, or maybe some from a nightster.
06 BA, TOR's, 17T front sprocket, 135/42, needles shimmed, AI removed, drilled airbox, K&N air filter, desnorked, SM seat and risers, drag bars, pro-grips....let's ride!!

The bike is absolutely outstanding. I agree about the tank, but I want the front and rear fenders. Where in Finland are you? I have spent a lot of time in Turku, some in Helsinki, and have been to Tampere and as far north as Kuopio. On my web site (www.johndarrin.com) there is a picture of me sailing in the archipelago while sipping a Lapin Kulta. I look forward to getting back soon.
He was fun while he lasted.

How'd you do the paint on the pipes. Bike looks great.

What temperature would I need for the pipes? Is 550 enough?

One last question and I'll stop bugging you (yeah right). Is that tape on the headers or flat paint. The pipes have gloss and the tips are flat again? It's hard to tell without a close up.
Thanks.

The header is where the pipes exit the motor, and goes down all the way to where the mufflers slip on. The exhaust tip is the very end of the muffler. Hope this helps.

Thanks for helping. I hope the explanation was good enough. If not let me know.
