Here are some baffles. http://www.jpcycles.com/search.aspx?search=baffles&store=All I have used 4" mini ones many times no muffleing effect but done give some back pressure. With fishtails you may not need any unless you want quieter since the fishtail acts like a baffle already. Be sure to rejet.

If you like the sound might try the 4" one I like. They will act like the reducer cone I leave in the stock pipes when I gut them. Will have to make sur of the diameter you want and drill 1 small hole for the bolt to secure them.

Have you done a rejet? If you like the sound as is, leave the fishtails as they are. Even if you do add a baffle, you'll still need a rejet.
Of course, I have 16" open mufflers, so loud doesn't bother me.

The rejet ain't it. Mine is jetted correctly for aftermarket pipes- I've had 4 sets on it now- D&D, gutted America, KhromeWerks turn outs, and now these. Those 16" "mufflers" of yours do have some db's, but are nothin like these dragpipe fishtales. I ran it with open headers, just for kicks, and these are somehow- (it's beyond me)- louder than open headers. Paintedlady will need to rejet, but there still will be no bottom end tourque unitl there is some backpressure.

some are saying re-jet.........don't need backpressure........you do need backpressure. I am starting to get a little confused. If we take it to the Triumph dealer I wonder if they could help. Or a local bike shop. I just don't want to screw my bike up and have a great result with the pipes. ~*~ Painted Lady

You do need back pressure for sure without it you won't get good performance. The rejet is much more important as far as not hurting the engine. All you need is somethimg like the 4" baffles I posted. But it's your call as far as where you get them , how much you pay etc... Those are common and available from many different suppliers. They won't effect sound but will give back pressure.
