Not sure yet how to post images to a forum so check out the new look of my 02 TBA in the members gallery or go to http://home.earthlink.net/~bfcsturgisky/pics.html BTW, I left all my old pics of the bobbed version so I'll have something to remember it by LOL. I'll change it back one of these days.

but I did notice the rear fender matches the front. hard to see in the photos. may look better without the bags , so you can see the pipes and matching fenders.

OK, OK, I know I miss the bobber look too, but the wife cant ride on the bobbed fender. Yes the fenders are painted to match, my painter was supposed to put some matching red stripes on the fenders to help tie it in with the bike but all he had at the time was the fenders and couldn't match the red with the tank. I should have left him the whole bike.

That front fender looks like a pontoon cut to fit.

Why? You can still use the seat and backrest. You didn't cut the support out did you?

Sonny, I think its unamimous, the front fender is not working. I think its the size of the fender, too big for this bike. But it could be the color- would probably look better if it matched the darker color of the tank.
I really like the old version better.

First let me answer a couple of question, The old version had lowering blocks which rub with 2-up riding, secondly the front forks & triple trees are painted. I appreciate every one's opinion but for know it's what it is. So I'll keep riding it till something else comes along. If I can pick up a second bike for the wife & I believe me the TBA will be changed back.

I know bobbers are all the rage around here but personally prefer the standard rear fender. Have to agree with the majority that I'd like to see that front one (and the rear if I could see it) done in red, or the tank in silver as it sorta looks a bit "mix'n'match" right now. Maybe if you put the shrouds back on the forks the fender wouldn't look so bulky in comparison?

I also like it without the front fender. but if your state is like Pa. you'll always be looking over your shoulder to see where the police are. I haven't been stopped yet but it's coming.- Tommy

Powder coat the chrome bits on the fender red to match the tank and give it a bit more balance...

The wind screen is a Slip Streamer. Got it from mawsonline for 45.00. As for everyone that hates the bike sorry, as I said before it was all I had to put the bike back to a cruiser type. I left the fenders with the guy but not the tank so he couldn't match the red. I'll eventually re-paint it. May have to turn it into a three wheel bike. I'm having troubles with my foot. I'm diabetic and have an ulcer on my foot which may require some amputation, God forbid but I'll make it more appealing one of these days.
