my email is not recieving mail but is sending fine can anyone help,im lost without it

What email are you using and are you using a spam filter?

not eally sure wot you mean what email,think its oulook,and company is tiscali if that helps,think got spam via norton

If it has worked up til now, and you haven't changed any settings, it's your ISP (Internet Service Provider). There are incoming and outgoing servers, one can work without the other, call your ISP and see if they're having any problems, they can also run a diagnostic on their end to see if both servers are running.
