Anyone removed the front peg assembly ? I need to get to the foot shifter and need to remove the whole foot peg assembly. Other than one small bolt it looks like it is just driven on the keyed shaft. Do I need a gear puller to get it off? I need to straighten my foot shifter which is slightly bent.

Doc,
If you remove the footpeg and item #4 in the schematic, the shifter will pull right off.

nope its way simple. Pull the pin for the peg, the one bolt for the bracket and you're done.
