I'm looking to replace my warped front rotor with the EBC floating rotor part # MD601LS. Is this a simple (yeah, right) bolt on mod or is more involved?

Should be a straght bolt on replacement job.
It is recommended to use new bolts though, so order them in advance.

Simple yes. Hard, yes also because the 6 bolts holding the disk on are loctited in. Use heat!! You can heat the head of the bolt and the tip of it with a pen torch thru the spokes. the bolts are 6 clams a pop if you strip one out... 2 years strong on my floater! good stuff. Heres my old disc.
