I've cleared all the cookies from by computer, and of course my password got cleared. Now I can't get on at home even with a temp password. Can get on at work, but can't figure out how to "change" my password once I'm on and make it stick.... Anybody????
thanks, Mike

Hi Mike,
When you go to My Home, click on Edit next to "Personal info....", and change your password, are you clicking Submit at the bottom of that page?
If so, and when you do this at work, can you log out and in again with that password (at work)?
If that works, something is amiss at home. Try typing your password into an a regular editor and see if there is a keyboard issue.
Either way, let me know, OK?
btw. expiring the cookie shold not affect your password....

Thanks Phil,
No issue with anything else at home, cannot get on with temp password at all from home computer. Get on at work no problem with temp password, but once I log out have to reinput password to access. Tried changing password at my home page, will not change password (unless I'm doing something totally wrong-I overwrite with a new password, type a second time to verify, and hit "submit" on bottom of form. Frustrating not being able to get logged in at home, at least I can do it here.....
I'm thinking something is amiss on the computer at home, but must be something wonky keeping me from changing the password too.....
Thanks for your help, Mike

Hi Mike,
Are you checking the box "Remember me on each visit" when you login?
I would suggest whacking all temp files and all cookies and home and try logging in with your password again.
Let me know?

Well, back at work now, I can login just fine, computer recognizes me from previous, no need to input password as it's using the old one. I cannot remember my original password, would like to modify it so I can get on at home, my laptop at home will not (for whatever reason) allow me to input the temp password assigned. Ideally I'd like to just change the password for my login then try that, I don't have any trouble accessing any other sites so I'm pretty much at a loss........I have tried several times to change the password here at work, I can overwrite what's there, but it will not "take".
Thanks for any advice you can give Phil, not like I post much anyway, but would like to login just to feel part of the family!!!
Cheers, Mike

Hi Mike,
Let's try changing your password and removing the login cookie from your work machine first.
I am sure you know how, so please change your password (don't forget to click Submit).
Go to My Home and then to the bottom of the page. Click on My Cookies in the Maintenance line and then click Expire cookies.
Log back in with your new password. So far so good, right?
When you get home, remove your temporary Internet files and cookies before trying to access here.
Now try logging in. What happens?
