June 2007, I wish they would spend more time on the reviews, there are alot of 1 page reviews in this issue.

Could have mentioned this a little earlier. Went to my local Books a Million on the way home, brought copy of cycle world. Turned to page 68 and guess what. NO SPEEDMASTER. I have the May edition.
But thats OK, Im not bitter. Now it gives me a reason to go back in a couple of days and look for the June edition.

Received my issue Saturday. Found the Speedy artical, also a RIII artical. And a two paragraph news update on the mid-size cruiser.
According to a VP from Triumph USA. There will be two for 2009. One a totaly new model, and the other a makeover of a current model. Both with a new motor midway between the current 865cc and 2300 cc. Will be released in 12 to 18 months. Now its offical.

I saw that too.
Not a lot of detail, certainly not anything we haven't been kicking around here for a long time.
The last statement did say "new Big Twin", though....

By 2009 I'll be riding a Victory. Too bad Triumph couldn't make this happen sooner.

Victory doesn't make a carver like these two. No lean angle.

For reviews check out the new issue of Rider. They review the Rocket and the TBA/TBS.

Finally got my copy of Cycle World today. It's not a bad article at all. I still think I am going to write some kind of letter to the editor. The more response they get, the better chance we will have of getting more coverage; Like maybe a classic rival shoot out between a Speedy and a sportster.
I am going to have to pick up a copy of Rider, I don't get that in the mail anymore.

It read like a Triumph advertisement to me, but I am glad to see the coverage.
