I had my seat guy make me a new seat for long rides and to extend my legs. He added a couple of layers of closed cell foam and flattend it so I can shift around and not be locked into one position. I kept the cover in faux leather for durabilty. He wants to do my custom seat in 'Gator or Ostrich.......Angelis

definitely thicker, how does it feel? it does look like you would be able to shift around easily with that.

It's a touch softer than a Corbin, but both seat and pillion fell nice. My daughter says the pillion feels way comfy......Angelis

Fred, I love your seat. I am sick about not being here when you are on your way to Georgia. I'd love to have offered you a bed for the night and finish the trip with you (i know a shortcut on beautiful roads staying in the lower Appalachians). I'll be in Texas then, so maybe next year.

Melvin, this bike is my daily rider. My custom build will have a different frame and a thinner seat.

Fred & Bryan, I was an hour west of Houston, but I got home at 02:50 just a bit ago. We were there to pick up my daughter after graduation and bring some of her friend's stuff home - that's why we have pickup trucks and vans.
