Hi, I was wondering if anyone has ever moved the kickstand on the speedmaster before? It seems I have a hard time reaching it where it is now...Thanks

I don't have any problem on my bike with pegs but Wendy does on hers with floorboards. Do you have boards? I am still trying to think of a good solution for the floorboard problem that won't cause an interference problem with anything else.

No I don't have boards yet but am thinking abou getting them. You stated Wendy has problems with her floorboard seeing how I am having trouble with the kickstand and thinking about floorboards how does Wendy handle both? Thanks!

I've got the boards on and have learned to raise the kickstand prior to mounting.... It's just easier.... and I don't strain anything.....

It is just a little more difficult because you have to reach around the floorboard but she still does it.

the kickstand is located where it'll balance the bike. Moving it might not be so good

What about welding on or fabricating a bolt on kickstand extension? I recently put mid mounts on my Speedmaster and it is more difficult to operate the kickstand.So far I am living with it.One mod usually leads to another it seems.I'am 5'7" if I was shorter I would have to do something soon. I looked underneith at the frame and there is a hole for a centerstand seems to be too far back for a stand but maybe it's possible.
