I just installed the Stebel Air Horn from www.bikerhiway.com The horn is claimed to be the loudest Motorcycle horn in the world! Sounds like one of those airhorns out of a can that you use on boats and sporting events...most excellent! Highly recommend this easy to install horn over the pitiful stock horn on our bonnies.

I put one of those on my bike about six months ago. Picked it up from www.twistedthrottle.com - absolutley brilliant! People get outa my way and start looking around for the train that's bearing down on them now. However a few weeks ago mine started working on only one note. I contacted the vendor, explained my situation re: shipping costs to australia etc, and they've agreed to replace the horn free under warranty without returning the old one, as long as I pay shipping for the new one. Sounds pretty reasonable to me. I sent them photos of the horn's current mounting, and they strongly advised that I get some tubing and use the included "clean air intake nozzle" for the horn to prevent it happening again.

Interesting. Can you show the pics of your mounting now? I like the looks of my horns, but they aren't the loudest thing ever. I was thinking of doubling up

Well if you have the Freak kit on, mounting the Stebel under the seat works great.

I took the plastic tool box out. What few tools I carry, go up front in the tool roll mounted to the forks. And since my Epcos are nearly as loud as the horn, nothing's startling when I give the horn a blast. Btw, the shelf the plastic tool box normally sits on helps a lot in keeping any dirt off the horn. I've had it mounted there for about 6 months now with no problems.

Hey Derek - I took your advice and mounted mine under the seat also, worked out very nicely. Drilled a hole into the fender and bolted right up... I however, tend to get a bit slim buildup from the chain...using the loobman and all, so I bought a piece of 8x10 lexan, heated it up and made some bends to cover the area a little better....forgot to snap photos....
The horn rules. Not wimpy.
