Hi there!

A question about head pipes of the exhaust system.

I had lot of power gain from a complete exhaust system instead of change only the mufflers.

In my Kawasaki ZRX1200 there was a power gain of 7bhp from the muffler only, and 13bhp if the entire header was changed.

Also on the big mono (LS650) of my girlfriend I took different gain from a complete custom handmade exhaust system with big diameter header pipe.

I want to ask if someone of you has found and bought a complete exhaust system of better stainless steel quality and larger diameter and optimized flow.

When I'll get my Bonny or Speedmaster the first mod I want to do is the building of a complete stainless steel natural finish and mirror polish exhaust system.

I'll try to optimize flow and use larger header pipes and an Harley style baffle into the mufflers.

Brother if the price and quality are right you could sell as many as you build.
PS: welcome.

Moe knows someone in GA I think that would make a custom set, but no, nobody offers an off the shelf set.

Call Bill and ask him if he is using that fancy machine of his yet (Spoke to him at his shop Sept 2005) to fashion some headers. Let us know will you?

Thanks.
