Is anybody going? Martin and I are leaving early for GA so we can hit this. I've been all over the the TRAT.net site and the only info that I can find is the registration form. Since this is a Triumph sponsered event, I thought it was a big deal, and would be all over the website. I was wrong. After making at least 5 posts in different places, and pm'ing two of the moderators, all with no response, I'm getting a bit discouraged. The registration fee of $50 gets you dinner and a t-shirt. Neither of which I'm particularily interested in. I just thought it would be fun to meet, and ride with, some other Triumph folks. At this point I told Martin that we should just crash the event, or ride by ourselves while we're in the area. Why is Triumph so lame? Uncle Charlie

I believe the issue is when they heard we're coming,
they thought it prudent at this juncture
to withdraw any and all further details
in hopes we might
pass them by

BritRider.com
The first RAT Raid of the year is the "Great Smokey Mountain Raid".
April 27-29th: The Great Smoky Mountain Raid (previously known as "The Dragon Raid") is being held at the Nantahala Village in Bryson City, NC. Triumph Motorcycles will have exclusive rights to the entire resort for this event. The website for the resort is www.nvnc.com , the phone number is 800.438.1507. It is located about 35-40 minutes from the Dragon. This is a BYOB facility. . . . .
Edited: Yeah, not a whisper from anyone. Just announcements. Great riding in that area. Take 28 north

I'll be the good looking guy with the Triumph shirt on HA!!
