McGregor breaks leg

Ewan McGregor has broken his leg in a motorcycle accident near his London home in the past week.
He revealed the accident on a radio show. According to McGregor, who spoke to Tim Johns on Fresh Air Radio, he said: “I just had a freak traffic accident on my bike and had a little off.
“It hasn’t put me off bikes at all. If you are going to ride bikes, you are going to have accidents from time to time. It was unfortunate.†He was speaking to the station as part of a 24-hour marathon radio phone-in in aid of Comic Relief
It’s not believed the break is serious and should not delay the departure of the planned Long Way Down trip with Charley Boorman in three months time. The trip is scheduled to start at John O’Groats to Cape Town in South Africa.
