HOW TO TICK PEOPLE OFF 1. In the memo field of all your checks, write "for sexual favors." 2. Specify that your drive-through order is "TO-GO." 3. Stomp on little plastic ketchup packets. 4. Insist on keeping your car windshield wipers running in all weather conditions "to keep them tuned up." 5. Reply to everything someone says with "that's what you think." 6. Highlight irrelevant information in scientific papers and "cc" them to your boss. 7. Make beeping noises when a large person backs up. 8. Finish all your sentences with the words "in accordance with prophesy." 9. Signal that a conversation is over by clamping your hands over your ears and grimacing. 10. Holler random numbers while someone is counting. 11. Adjust the tint on your TV so that all the people are green, and insist to others that you "like it that way." 12. Staple pages in the middle of the page. 13. Decline to be seated at a restaurant, and simply eat their complimentary mints at the cash register. 14. TYPE IN UPPERCASE. 15. Repeat the following conversation a dozen times. "DO YOU HEAR THAT?" "What?" "Never mind, it's gone now." 16. Try playing the William Tell Overture by tapping on the bottom of your chin. When nearly done, announce "No, wait, I messed it up," and repeat. 17. Ask people what gender they are. 18. While making presentations, occasionally bob your head like a parakeet. 19. Sit in your front yard pointing a hair dryer at passing cars to see if they slow down. 20. Go to a poetry recital and ask why each poem doesn't rhyme. 21. Ask your co-workers mysterious questions and then scribble their answers in a notebook. Mutter something about "psychological profiles."
if life gives you lemons keep them because hey, free lemons.

Do you actually talk like that, shout a word or two in almost every sentence? It makes your posts, especially the long ones difficult for me to get through so I just skim through or skip them entirely. Dwight, no offence meant here It's probably just me.

There is an environmentalist wacko at the office who is forever attacking my politics, prophesying imminent catastrophe and praising Paul Ehrlich as the prophet whose words will bring us to the promised land. I just bought a 1970 copy of Ehrlich’s book “The Population Bomb†on eBay. Once I receive it I’m going to highlight all the passages where he predicted death, doom and destruction prior to 1990 and shove it the jerks face every time he opens his pie hole. Most at the office will probably enjoy it but it will really TICK OFF the Greenie.
We all like to think of ourselves as rugged individualists. But when push comes to shove most of us are sheep who do what we are told. Worst of all, a lot of us become unpaid agents of whoever is controlling the agenda by enforcing the current dogma on the few rugged individualists who actually exist.

No offense taken, Kenny.
It's just my way of "punching" a word in a sentence...a way to emphasize that particular word or phrase I especially wish the reader to consider. It's mostly done in an attempt to make the written word sound a little more "conversational" in tone.
I guess I could try to tone it down a bit, but I'm kind'a worried that if I did, I'd start to sound like some people who when conversing and may have something of either major and/or minor import to say, or a funny thought to impart, their message becomes somewhat muddled, because for some reason they never seemed to have learned the art of inflection or the skill of modulating their voices.
I'm thinking of people such as...AL GORE and/or JOHN KERRY here bro!!!
In other words.....BOOOORRRRRING!
Cheers, Dwight
